UFC travels to Paris this weekend with UFC Fight Night presented by Bud Light: Imavov vs. Borralho live from Accor Arena on Saturday, Sept. 6. The main card begins at 3 p.m. ET, preceded by prelims starting at 12 p.m., both available on ESPN+ and ESPN Xtra on SiriusXM.
Main Event:
- A showdown at middleweight headlines the event, featuring No. 2 Nassourdine Imavov taking on No. 7 Caio Borralho in a bout with significant divisional implications. Imavov (16-4), returning to Accor Arena following his co-main event win last year, plans to improve on his five-fight unbeaten streak and add a consecutive knockout win to his second-round stoppage against former division titleholder Israel Adesanya earlier this year. Borralho (17-1), the Dana White’s Contender Series alum, looks to add his name to the title conversation with a showstopping performance while remaining perfect in the Octagon and extending his 10-year career unbeaten streak.
Co-Main Event:
- The co-main event showcases No. 13 Benoit Saint Denis taking on No. 15 Mauricio Ruffy in a lightweight contest. Saint Denis (14-3), making his fourth consecutive appearance at UFC’s annual Paris event, aims to continue his 100% career finish win rate and build on his second-round stoppage his last time out. Ruffy (12-1), the Dana White’s Contender Series alum in his second year on the UFC roster, plans to follow up his knockout of the year contender in March with another showstopping performance and remain undefeated in the Octagon.
