ESPN, Disney, Pixar and the National Hockey League (NHL®) are teaming up to bring fans Inside Out Classic, a real-time, animated NHL telecast featuring the Washington Capitals vs. New York Rangers on Sunday, April 5 at 7 p.m. ET. ESPN+, Disney+, Disney Channel, and Disney XD will present the real-time, animated telecast, while the traditional telecast will be available on ESPN. In 2023, the “NHL Big City Greens Classic” featured the Capitals vs. Rangers and was the first-of-its-kind real-time volumetric animation presentation in sports.
On March 4, ESPN NFL draft analyst, Jordan Reid held his first 2026 NFL draft media call. Reid discussed his latest two-round mock draft and answered questions coming off of last week’s NFL Scouting Combine.
ESPN will present both the 2026 NCAA Division I Men’s Wrestling Championships and the inaugural NCAA Women’s Wrestling Championships this month.
The Point: NHL Trade Deadline Special returns on Friday, March 6, from 2-4 p.m. ET on ESPN2 and ESPN+. Hosted by John Buccigross, the two-hour special will provide breaking news and offer discussion and analysis of all the trade deadline’s action. PGA TOUR LIVE on the ESPN App continues 2026 season coverage with the TOUR’s third Signature Event in four weeks, with the Arnold Palmer Invitational presented by Mastercard, beginning Thursday, Mar. 5, at 7:30 a.m. ET, from Orlando, Florida.
