ESPN Coverage of 2019’s First FIFA International Match Week Features Two U.S. Men’s National Team Matches

Last Four FIFA World Cup Champions – France, Germany, Spain and Italy – Play UEFA EURO 2020 Qualifying Matches on ESPN+

ESPN coverage of the first FIFA International Match Week in 2019 will feature more than 50 matches highlighted by two U.S. Men’s National Team games and the first week of UEFA EURO 2020 (UEFA European Football Championship 2020) qualifying matches.

The two U.S. Men’s National Team matches – USA vs. Ecuador at Orlando City Stadium on Thursday, March 21, and USA vs. Chile at Houston’s BBVA Compass Stadium on Tuesday, March 26 – will air on ESPN2 and on the ESPN App. Ian Darke, analyst Taylor Twellman and reporter Sebastian Salazar will call both matches.

U.S. star players Christian Pulisic (Borussia Dortmund), Tyler Adams (RB Leipzig), DeAndre Yedlin (Newcastle United), John Brooks (Wolfsburg) and others have been invited to camp for the games, making it the first full roster available and called into camp by Greg Berhalter since he became U.S. Men’s National Team manager in December 2018.

 Eight UEFA EURO 2020 Qualifying Matches on ESPN+:

For the first time, ESPN+, the direct-to-consumer sports streaming service, will carry eight UEFA EURO 2020 qualifying matches. Highlights:
