ESPN’s NFL Free Agency Coverage

ESPN will provide multiplatform coverage of NFL free agency this week, highlighted by a two-plus hour Free Agency Countdown special which will stream live on ESPN3 (via WatchESPN and the ESPN app) on Thursday, March 9, at 2 p.m. ET.

NFL Insider Adam Schefter will be featured prominently in ESPN’s free agency coverage, including the Countdown special via a “Schefter Cam” and throughout Championship Week college basketball games on ESPN and ESPN2, where he will provide updates on NFL player signings on Thursday and Friday.

Suzy Kolber and Trey Wingo will co-host the Free Agency Countdown special together with experts from both NFL Insiders and NFL Live, including Schefter, Josina Anderson, Tedy Bruschi, Adam Caplan, Herm Edwards, Bill Polian, Louis Riddick and Ed Werder discussing all the day’s key player signings and news.

In addition to the Free Agency Countdown show on ESPN3, ESPN will have a special 90-minute block of NFL Insiders (4:30-5 p.m.) and NFL Live (5-6 p.m.) on Thursday after the NFL free agent signing period officially begins (at 4 p.m.). ESPN’s experts will also appear on First Take, SportsCenter and ESPN Radio during the week.
