ESPN.com to Provide Comprehensive NBA Finals Coverage

Beginning this week, ESPN.com will provide comprehensive coverage of the NBA Finals, which start on ABC, ESPN Radio and ESPN Deportes on Thursday, June 6. Led by a strong lineup of NBA analysts, reporters and contributors, ESPN.com will provide extensive on-site coverage, scouting and statistical analysis, expert predictions, feature stories, video analysis and unique interactive experiences throughout The Finals.

Additionally, fans will have an opportunity to play Finals 50/50 presented by Sony Electronics, an NBA Finals fantasy pick ‘em game where fans are presented with ten questions related to each NBA Finals game such as which team will score first and which player will have the most rebounds. Fans will have until tip-off of each game to submit their answers. At halftime, five additional questions – related to the game as it stands at that moment and worth double the points – will be released that must be answered and submitted prior to the start of the second half.  At the end of the NBA Finals, the entry that accumulates the most points over the entire duration of the series will win a Sony Home Entertainment System grand prize. Winners that accumulate the most points for each individual game of the NBA Finals will be awarded a $400 gift card. The game will be accessible online at ESPN.com and on the mobile Web for fans to play at home or on the road.
