ESPN Deportes Radio, the only around-the-clock national Spanish-language sports radio network in the U.S., will provide exclusive live broadcasts of the Copa America 2011 beginning July 1 through July 24 directly from Argentina. The network’s top talent will be on-site at local stadiums to bring listeners the play-by-play and commentary on all 26 matches on ESPN Deportes Radio starting with the highly anticipated Argentina vs. Bolivia game on July 1.
For the first time in history, ESPN Deportes’ very own Argentinean World Cup Champion Mario “El Matador” Kempes will be calling the July 11 match between Argentina vs. Costa Rica for ESPN Deportes Radio in the stadium that bears his own name in Córdoba and will also provide his expert analysis on all Argentinean matches. ESPN Deportes Radio soccer experts covering the championship include Jorge Ramos, Jairo Moncada, Omar Orlando Salazar, Hernán Pereyra, Manuel Kun, and Ricardo Mayorga.

Special to Copa America 2011, ESPN Deportes Radio will present a post-game show, Después de la Copa that brings fans expert analysis of each day’s games. The radio network’s signature soccer talk show, Jorge Ramos y su Banda, will also broadcast on location throughout the entire tournament.
In addition to the network’s extensive radio coverage, ESPN Deportes will offer its fans the best in class Copa America 2011 analysis and commentary including a daily special edition of Fuera de Juego at 1 a.m. EST for the duration of the tournament. Fan favorites such as Ciro Procuna, Rafa Puente, and Fernando Schwartz will be providing fans with a glimpse into all the action reporting directly from Argentina.
ESPNdeportes.com will feature extensive Copa America 2011 coverage in a dedicated section featuring pre and post analysis of the matches, statistics, extensive online videos, and podcasts.
