Third Season of LALIGA on ESPN Platforms

ESPN+, the exclusive English- and Spanish-language home for all LALIGA matches in the U.S., will stream all 380 matches in English and Spanish. The television networks – ABC, ESPN, and ESPN Deportes – will also carry select matches during the season as part of a multi-year agreement in 2021.

ESPN FC

ESPN FC, exclusively on ESPN+, will provide the most up-to-date news and analysis with hosts Dan Thomas or Kay Murray, alongside a rotating cast of analysts such as Craig Burley, Alejandro Moreno, Kasey Keller, Shaka Hislop, Steve Nicol, and more. Daily shows will preview the matchups leading into each matchday.

Fútbol Americas

The biweekly Fútbol Americas with Herculez Gomez and Sebastian Salazar on ESPN+ will provide insider analysis, commentaries, and debates on Monday and Thursday.

SportsCenter

The English- and Spanish-language editions of ESPN flagship news program will cover the league through match highlights, analysis, and storytelling, including interviews with newsmakers and American stars.

ESPN Deportes

In addition to its live match telecasts, ESPN Deportes will provide news and information coverage of LALIGA’s 93rd season through the network’s signature shows, Fútbol CenterFútbol PicanteCronómetro, Ahora o Nunca, and Jorge Ramos y Su Banda.

Digital Soccer and Video Coverage
Reporters Graham HunterSid LoweAlex KirklandRodrigo FáezSam Mardsen and Moisés Llorens – all based in Spain – will headline ESPN.com’s daily digital news and information coverage. Highlights:

  • Mardsen and Llorens will be on the FC Barcelona beat, chronicling the reigning LaLiga champions.
  • Kirkland and Faez will pair as Real Madrid and Atlético de Madrid reporters in the capital city of Madrid.
  • Weekly reaction on the previous matchday storylines by Lowe; Hunter’s weekly analysis.
  • Preseason team by team previews; expansive coverage of opening weekend matches; and more

LALIGA content will be featured prominently on ESPN’s industry-leading social media channels throughout the season, including highlights, entertaining off-field moments, fan-generated content, custom edits, and more across Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube. ESPN’s social team will also provide on-site social coverage of marquee games, providing fans with a unique, behind-the-scenes perspective of the biggest matches, teams, and players.

@ESPNDeportes social will also provide culturally relevant highlights, special graphics, breaking news content, interviews, and scores throughout the season across its social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
