ESPN Now Accepting Media Credential Applications for X Games Minneapolis 2017

ESPN X Games is now accepting media credential applications beginning on Wednesday, May 24, for X Games Minneapolis 2017, taking place July 13 – 16 at U.S. Bank Stadium. The deadline for credential applications and assignment letters is Wednesday, July 5, 2017. To apply for credentials click HERE or visit www.espnmediazone.com.
Who: Members of the press assigned to cover X Games Minneapolis 2017 may apply for credentials. The credential application will be available online HERE. What: The world’s premier action sports competition debuts July 13-16 for its first year at the new U.S. Bank Stadium in downtown Minneapolis. The event will feature more than 200 of the world’s best action sports athletes competing for medals and prize money in BMX, Skateboard and Moto X disciplines. The event will also feature world-class musical performances from A Day To Remember on Friday, Flume and Minneapolis’ own Atmosphere. All three musical performances will take place at the Commons stage, located outside U.S. Bank Stadium.
When & Where: ESPN X Games Minneapolis 2017 will be held July 13 – 16 at U.S. Bank Stadium and Mall of America in Minneapolis. Additional information on venue locations and the competition schedule will be available at www.xgames.com.
Music: Please be aware that access to X Games live concerts requires an additional music credential. Note that quantities are limited; please check the box for a music credential only if you are on assignment to cover the concerts in addition to sports. You will be notified in advance if you are approved to cover live music events.
