College Football Playoff Committee’s Top 3 Teams on ESPN’s Networks in Week 11: Alabama and Clemson at Home, Michigan on Road for ABC’s Saturday Night Football

  • Ohio State, Louisville and Wisconsin Among Top Teams in CFP Rankings to be Aired

ESPN/ABC’s college football week 11 schedule, which occurs during ESPN’s America’s Heroes: A Salute to Our Veterans initiative, is highlighted by undefeated Alabama, Clemson and Michigan, the top 3 teams in the College Football Playoff selection committee’s first rankings.

No. 3 Michigan travels to Iowa for ABC’s Saturday Night Football Presented by Walmart (8 p.m. ET) on Saturday, Nov. 12. Chris Fowler, Kirk Herbstreit, and Samantha Ponder will be in in Iowa City, Iowa for the call of the game from Kinnick Stadium.

No. 1 Alabama hosts Mississippi State (noon on ESPN) and No. 2 Clemson is home vs. Pittsburgh (3:30 p.m. on ABC). Joe Tessitore, Todd Blackledge and Holly Rowe will be in Tuscaloosa, Ala. for the Bulldogs-Crimson Tide game and Steve Levy, Brian Griese and Todd McShay will be in Clemson, S.C. for the Panthers-Tigers game.

Additional College Football Playoff Ranked Teams on ESPN’s Networks
Numerous other teams in the College Football Playoff hunt will also play on an ESPN networks this week, including No. 6 Ohio State, No. 7 Louisville, and No. 8 Wisconsin. The Buckeyes are at Maryland (3:30 p.m. on ESPN), the Cardinals host Wake Forest (7 p.m. on ESPN2) and the Badgers are home vs. Illinois (3:30 p.m. on ESPN2). Western Michigan, the only undefeated team from the Group of 5, will play at Kent State on Tuesday, Nov. 8 (7:30 p.m. on ESPN2). Seven additional teams ranked in the current College Football Playoff rankings will also be on an ESPN Network:

  • No. 21 North Carolina is at Duke on Thursday, Nov. 10 (7:30 p.m. on ESPN)
  • No. 22 Florida State hosts Boston College on Friday, Nov. 11 (7:30 p.m. on ESPN2)
  • No. 14 Oklahoma welcomes in No. 17 Baylor (Noon on ABC or ESPN2**)
  • No. 12 Penn State travels to Indiana (Noon on ABC or ESPN2**)
  • No. 19 Virginia Tech is home vs. Georgia Tech (3:30 p.m. on ESPNU)
  • No. 13 LSU at Arkansas (7 p.m. on ESPN)
  • No. 25 Washington State hosts Cal (10:30 p.m. on ESPN)
