Men’s College Hoops: Five of Top Eight on Schedule including No. 1 Syracuse at No. 5 Duke

ESPN’s men’s college basketball schedule this weekend includes five of the top eight teams, highlighted by undefeated No. 1 Syracuse at No. 5 Duke on Saturday, Feb. 22, at 7 p.m. on ESPN. The game will mark a rematch of the Orange’s thrilling 91-89 overtime victory on February 1, which stands as ESPN’s third most-viewed regular-season men’s college hoops telecast on record, averaging 4,745,000 viewers (based on a 2.9 HH US rating).

ESPN2 and ESPNU will also televise games between ranked teams on Saturday, Feb. 22: No. 16 Wisconsin at No. 15 Iowa at noon on ESPN2 and No. 19 Texas at No. 8 Kansas at 7:30 p.m. on ESPNU.

Additional highlights:

  • ESPN will showcase No. 4 Arizona at Colorado in a Pac-12 showdown on the ESPN Saturday Primetime Driven by State Farm telecast on February 22 at 9 p.m.
  • ESPN2 will televise two late-night games with a ranked team on the road on Saturday, Feb. 22: No. 6 San Diego State at New Mexico at 10 p.m. followed by No. 25 Gonzaga at San Diego at 12 a.m.
  • An ESPN doubleheader on Thursday, Feb. 20, will begin with No. 13 Michigan State at Purdue at 7 p.m. followed by the rescheduled No. 5 Duke at intrastate rival North Carolina at 9 p.m.
