Men’s College Hoops: College GameDay from Kentucky; Rivalry Week Continues Through Sunday

Kentucky Hosts ESPN’s College GameDay Saturday
Kentucky will host ESPN’s College GameDay Covered by State Farm for the second straight year and for the fifth time at Rupp Arena when the show visits Lexington, Ky., on Saturday, Feb. 15. The first hour will begin at 10 a.m. on ESPNU, continuing at 11 a.m. on ESPN with a one-hour evening edition leading into the Saturday Primetime game of No. 3 Florida at No. 14 Kentucky (ESPN, 9 p.m.).
College GameDay – previewing all the day’s action and discuss the biggest storylines in college basketball – previously visited Lexington in 2005, ’07, ’10 and ’13.
Rece Davis will host, joined by analysts Jay Bilas and Digger Phelps. Jay Williams will fill in for Jalen Rose, who will part of ESPN’s NBA All-Star Game coverage this weekend.
The eight-week Saturday morning and evening college basketball program visits some of the top college basketball venues and programs this season.
Rivalry Week Continues with No. 3 Florida at No. 14 Kentucky
ESPN’s Rivalry Week Presented by Wendy’s continues through Sunday, Feb. 16, highlighted by No. 3 Florida at No. 14 Kentucky. The SEC showdown is the ESPN Saturday Primetime Driven by State Farm telecast February 15 at 9 p.m. on ESPN. Additional highlights:
- A Valentine’s Day game Friday at 9 p.m. on ESPN will pit No. 2 Arizona at intrastate rival Arizona State.
- A Thursday night ESPN doubleheader February 13 will tip off with No. 13 Louisville at Temple at 7 p.m. followed by No. 21 Wisconsin against Minnesota at 9 p.m. ESPNEWS will also televise a ranked team in action with No. 23 SMU at Rutgers at 7 p.m.
- The schedule for Saturday, Feb. 15 will include No. 20 Memphis at No. 24 Connecticut on ESPN and No. 17 Virginia at Clemson on ESPN2, both at noon. ESPNU will televise No. 10 Cincinnati against Houston at 3 p.m.
- Rivalry Week will conclude on Sunday, Feb. 16, with No. 13 Louisville against Rutgers at 6 p.m. on ESPN2
