NASCAR Goes Live in Prime Time on ABC from Charlotte
The Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup reaches the halfway point with the Bank of America 500 at Charlotte Motor Speedway on Saturday night, Oct. 12, with the race airing live in prime time on ABC. NASCAR Countdown is at 7 p.m. ET with the race’s green flag at 7:46 p.m. The 1.5-mile Charlotte track also will host a 300-mile NASCAR Nationwide Series race on Friday night, Oct. 11, airing live on ESPN2 at 7 p.m. with the green flag at 7:47 p.m. ESPN2 will air NASCAR Sprint Cup qualifying at Charlotte on Thursday night, Oct. 10, at 7 p.m. and Sprint Cup practice on Friday at 5:30 p.m.
