NASCAR Sprint Cup Series at Pocono Live on ESPN

The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series moves to the 2.5-mile Pocono Raceway in Pennsylvania this weekend and ESPN will have a live telecast of the 400-mile race on Sunday, Aug. 4. NASCAR Countdown airs at noon with the race’s green flag at 1:18 p.m. ET. All NASCAR programming on ESPN networks is also available on computers, smartphones and tablets through WatchESPN and the WatchESPN app.

The NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series concludes its annual three-race Western Swing with the O’Reilly Auto Parts NHRA Northwest Nationals in Seattle this weekend and drag racing fans can watch the action on both ESPN2 and ESPN3.
