NASCAR Sprint Cup Series at Pocono Live on ESPN

The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series moves to the 2.5-mile Pocono Raceway in Pennsylvania this weekend and ESPN will have a live telecast of the 400-mile race on Sunday, Aug. 4. NASCAR Countdown airs at noon with the race’s green flag at 1:18 p.m. ET. All NASCAR programming on ESPN networks is also available on computers, smartphones and tablets through WatchESPN and the WatchESPN app.

NASCAR Nationwide Series in Prime Time Saturday Night

The NASCAR Nationwide Series races under the lights in prime time at Iowa Speedway in Newton, Iowa, on Saturday night, Aug. 3, and ESPN will have a live telecast. NASCAR Countdown airs at 7:30 p.m. ET with the race’s green flag at 8:15 p.m. All NASCAR programming on ESPN networks is also available on computers, smartphones and tablets through WatchESPN and the WatchESPN app.

NHRA Concludes Western Swing at Seattle 

The NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series concludes its annual three-race Western Swing with the O’Reilly Auto Parts NHRA Northwest Nationals in Seattle this weekend and drag racing fans can watch the action on both ESPN2 and ESPN3. All NHRA programming on ESPN networks is also available on computers, smartphones and tablets through WatchESPN and the WatchESPN app. The schedule:

ESPN2’s daily NASCAR news and information program NASCAR Now will preview the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Pocono Raceway in the one-hour edition airing Sunday, Aug. 4, at 9 a.m. ET. Studio host Todd Grisham will be joined from the track by ESPN NASCAR analyst Dale Jarrett and reporters Marty Smith and Ryan McGee.
