WNBA: Conference Finals Get Underway in the West on Thursday

The WNBA Conference Finals tip off Thursday, Oct. 4, with the seeds holding to true form. In the West, the No. 2 seed Los Angeles Sparks travels to defending champion and top-seeded Minnesota Lynx at 8 p.m. on ESPN2. Reigning MVP Tina Charles and top-seeded Connecticut Sun host the Defensive Player of the Tamika Catchings and second-seeded Indiana Fever in game one of the Eastern Conference Finals Friday, Oct. 5, at 8 p.m., also on ESPN2. ABC and ESPN networks are the exclusive home for all WNBA Conference Finals and Finals games.
