Soccer on ESPN Platforms: Two USA Matches; Brazil, Germany, Netherlands and More

ESPN networks (ESPN2, ESPN3, ESPN Deportes and ESPN Classic) will air more than 18 live soccer matches Friday, Nov. 11, through Tuesday, Nov. 15.  The matches include eight home-and-away EURO 2012™ qualifying playoffs including, Bosnia-Portugal, Turkey-Croatia, Czech Republic-Montenegro and Estonia-Republic of Ireland.  Full schedule of EURO 2012 playoffs.

Highlights:

  • Head coach Jurgen Klinsmann and the U.S. Men’s National Team travel to Europe for two matches – vs. France on Friday, Nov. 11, and vs. Slovenia, in a 2010 FIFA World Cup rematch, on Tuesday, Nov. 15 – on ESPN2 and ESPN3.
  • Five-time FIFA World Cup winners Brazil will face Egypt, under new American head coach Bob Bradley, on Monday, Nov. 14, at 12 p.m. ET on ESPN3 and ESPN Deportes.
  • ESPN3 and ESPN Classic will televise Germany vs. Netherlands, two of the top three teams in the FIFA world rankings, on Tuesday, Nov. 15, at 2:30 p.m.
