ACC Network College Football Analyst

2013 National Championship-winning head coach Jimbo Fisher joined ACC Network as a college football studio analyst in July 2025. Fisher is a member of ACCN’s traveling pregame studio show, ACC Huddle, alongside host Taylor Tannebaum and fellow analysts Eric Mac Lain and Eddie Royal.

Fisher became the head coach of Florida State in 2010, succeeding legendary coach Bobby Bowden. Fisher compiled an 83-23 record as Florida State head coach, winning three straight ACC Championships (2012-14) while coaching numerous All-Americans in Tallahassee, including future NFL standouts Jameis Winston, Jalen Ramsey and Dalvin Cook. He guided the Seminoles to the 2013 national championship, defeating Auburn in the BCS National Championship Game.

Fisher was also the head coach at Texas A&M (2018-2023) and was an assistant at Samford University (1988-92), where he was the 1987 NCAA Division III Player of the Year, Auburn (1993-98), Cincinnati (1999), LSU (2000-06) and FSU (2007-09).

Jimbo and his wife, Candi, established Kidz1stFund after their younger son, Ethan, was diagnosed with Fanconi anemia in 2011 at the age of 6. Since its inception in 2011, Kidz1stFund has worked to raise awareness and funds toward research into this rare disease, as well as encouraged people to join the National Bone Marrow Registry.
