Vice President, Non-Traditional Productions

Andy Green serves as Vice President of Non-Traditional Productions (NTP) at ESPN, where he leads the strategic vision and operations for one of the network’s most expansive and innovative content areas. In this role, Green oversees the full scope of ESPN’s NTP business, which includes more than 29,000 live events annually across ESPN’s linear and digital platforms, packager services, and nearly 300 school control rooms. He plays a pivotal role in operational planning, staff management, and strategic collaboration with ESPN’s 26 collegiate conference partners.

A 20+ year ESPN veteran, Green has held a variety of production roles, including associate producer, graphics manager, and producer for marquee properties such as Major League Baseball, the NBA Draft, and college basketball. After a brief stint outside the company, he returned to ESPN in 2014 and was instrumental in launching SEC Network from the Charlotte office. His leadership expanded with the launch of ACC Network and the ACC school control room project in 2019.

Green was named Senior Managing Producer in 2017 and promoted to Coordinating Producer in 2022 before assuming his current role in July 2025. Known for his forward-thinking approach and commitment to innovation, he has been a driving force behind ESPN’s non-traditional production ecosystem.

A native of Rochester, New York, Green is a proud alumnus of Penn State University.
